Day 13 I did an hour on the exercise bike
Day 14 (yesterday) was an off day
Day 15
We did 10 miles and felt great! Under 9 minute pace! Didn’t feel like I was killing myself either. Last mile was 7:46
That first double digit miler of the prep so I was a little nervous for it!
Tomorrow we have an easy 4 miler!
