I just now stumbled upon the new update and am intrigued by it, for I think that it's an important step towards a "Social Media" with a focus on Bitcoin.
What do you guys thinks? Could this be the stepping stone for SN towards being a Reddit-Rival?
In regards to territories; Does the creator get to keep the postage fees?
There's a pretty steep price attached to creating a new territory (which prevents spamming, it's a good addition in my opinion) and looking at the absurd (250 Sats?!) postage fees some creators ask, one would think they get to keep at least some of those fees.
Are there any other ways to earn Sats through creating a territory?
this territory is moderated
Edit; yeah, not the perfect territory for asking this, but I ain't paying 100 Sats for the above.

The stackers will dictate the future of some territories, just wait another week or two.

Oh, are territories a "beta" of some kind? Any more info about the update and it's possible implications you could share?

I don't know anything more than what has been written here. But I do know that because some territories aren't profitable, they're going to be shelved.
