I love YNAB. I've used it for 7 years. I do not follow their rules tho. I do not give every dollar a job. Tried that way and it just stresses me out and causes me to obsess over our spending. But nonetheless I use YNAB for my entire picture, beside Bitcoin which they haven't integrated yet, super frustrating.
