In the Bitcoin industry there are many who let their conviction about what Bitcoin should be distort their understanding of what Bitcoin is.
No matter what we think, look at what the developing world is using - stable shitcoins!
Even in a world where Bitcoin transactions were somehow cost free we should still expect stablecoins to dominate payments. Why would anyone who thinks bitcoin is precious want to spend it?
The best tech and best solution does not always win in the beginning. Research VHS vs BETA. Professionals and industry used BETA (higher quality, etc.), but the average José and Florida used crappy VHS.
