How would you create a non-custodial lightning network subscrption service that you could use to subscribe to you favorite artists, influencers, etc. Basically a Patreon without the Counterparty Risk.

You basically just need a protocol to request an invoice at some interval. LNURL might have something like this, and I know Bolt 12 does.

I've seen that BTC pay sever has a pull request function but i've yet to see anyone use it so I can't vouch for how it could be used to create a subscription service

Good question. I have heard somewhere that there are concepts of cloud nodes and keeping nodes on clients phones - but I think all of this is still early days and complicated architecture.
