Starting to get really busy with Christmas activities which has taken me out of my early morning workout routine but I’ve been getting it done!

First day was an easy 4 miler. I was still sore from the 10 miler from the day before.

Today we had a 5,4,3,2,1 Fartlek
Hard for 5 minutes, easy for half of that, hard for 4 minutes etc…

This was the first workout that I’ve felt slow so far. Tried my hardest but I think ramping up the volume is starting to show up.

Excited to keep working!

5 miles and 6 striders tomorrow.
