Thanks buddy, fingers crossed for me to be able to get it right, might change the recipe a bit, make it more creamy, stuff the chicken with ham, cheese and some spinach cream or pumpkin cream. Can't put it on top since cordon Bleu is crisp on the outside, might make it soggy... Boy oh boy, would have preferred good ol' faithful turkey,but it's all good, I love a good challenge hehehehe.
