Alrighty, the first day's results are as follows;
Set 1: 21 push ups, 13 push ups / 18 biceps curls, 9 bicep curls / 12 shoulder press, 12 shoulder press.
Set 2: 21 push ups, 13 push ups / 18 bicep curls, 12 bicep curls/ 12 shoulder press, 12 shoulder press.
Set 3: 21 push ups, 12 push ups / 18 bicep curls, 12 bicep curls / 9 shoulder press, 9 shoulder press.
... Which amounts to a grand total of: 101 push ups, 77 bicep curls and 66 shoulder presses!
Not the most wicked amount of sets and reps, but it went really really well. Felt very refreshing.
Side note; the 21 push ups don't hold any relation to Bitcoin or whatever, i's just that I like going for sets of 12, 18, 21, 31... 🤫
