Ok, so going way back, and possibly a little down tempo by modern standards, but this '63 R&B classic reached no.2 in the US and reached no.4 in the UK. The track is also famous as part of the Phil Spector "wall of sound" production approach. The Ronettes came from New York, formed originally in the late 50's; they became one of first hugely succesful girl groups. So much so, The Rolling Stones were a support act for The Ronettes in the UK in '64; and in '66 The Ronettes opened for The Beatles in the US. Enjoy!
