i setup a btcpayserver using lundanode -- took maybe 15 minutes. i did have to upgrade to the 30/month plan though.
Nice, but not the same as owning the hardware itself
well unless you're going to actually own it, which will be quite expensive....
Not quite expensive, you can get a full node setup under a million sats
