At this point, probably the ones that provide the shovels. Businesses that make wallets (think the ones that charge a fee), LSPs (think Voltage), hardware (think hardware wallets), software (think Umbrel), etc.

The other businesses that use Lightning/bitcoin as a tool rather than being their core business, are more of an emerging market in my opinion. This might take a few years before knowing the truly profitable ones.
