I was strength training, eating right, water, the whole thing. But I still had tons of little aches and pains. I'm 34 for damn sake, how could this be happening already?
So I went out and tried to find how to fix this. I came across Eric Goodmans work. He created Foundation Training. It is unique, kinda funky but extremely difficult. I went through his 6 week baseline program followed by 4 weeks of his insane library of workouts with is training style.
I'm pain free now. My right should doesn't pinch anymore (old skiing accident). The multiple tight pains I felt in my back are gone. Its incredible. You should give it a try, I'm telling you it'll change your pain.
I'll be doing it for the rest of my life now.
