Ah, I see what you're driving at. I use the 'Snapshot' feature with OVM, as and when I upgrade MyNode, so that I can roll back if needs be. Good call, ty. I'll set up my dev environment in that way.

Btw, have you used Proxmox? Would that be a better option than OVM?

I have not tried those. But Proxmox looks worth a try. Active project and kernel based vm. Give it a try its your denvelopment machine. Let me know when tested.

Yeah, I'll have at it. I did try Proxmox a while back, but it seemed overkill for what I needed at that time, also it seemed to be a steep learning curve, so I reverted to what I know. Thanks for your time and advice. Peace.
