somebody used a word here the other day....non-something to describe copyright infringment where there's nothing actually stolen. like if you copy a jpeg the original owner still has the jpeg. if you steal a car, the original owner no longer has a car.

this is going to probably go all the way to the supreme court to address what is and isn't copyright work in a digital world.
