I just saw a funny comment that this might help the Pistons win tonight, since none of those guys will be playing for Toronto.
I like the trade. Why do Knicks fans think it's so bad? IQ is really good, but they already have a better offense first ball dominant guard in Brunsen, so he's more expendable than a two-way wing like OG.

Agreed. I think it's a win for both teams. Knicks get a good 2 way player and upgrade on defense, Toronto gets a boost on offense and some much needed 3 point shooting. Maybe OP thinks both Barret an Quickley is too much for just OG, since Achiuwa isn't too useful for the Knicks? As a power forward, he can probably take some minutes off Randle, but will probably not see too many meaningful minutes.
I saw some search results online says that Malachi Flynn is also going to the Knicks? Probably can help fill some minutes left behind by Quickley.
Also will Barret perform even better now that he's playing for his home team? I do hope so.
It's as if putting this game on the second night of a back to back isn't enough, they want to put the trade in now to guarantee that the Pistons don't make history. Let's proof them wrong and make history tonight. Go Raps!

Correct this is too much for OG. RJ for OG Makes a bit more sense IQ is a great off the bench.
from a scoring standpoint the Knicks lose big time and lose from a depth perspective as well. This deal didn’t need to be had right now

I don't think its a terrible trade for NY but it is still alot for a guy on an expiring deal. I am sure they will make an effort to re-sign OG.

I don't hate this trade for the Knicks. I don't think it moves them above BOS/MIL/PHI, but I think their starting lineup got better
