Preface: This is REAL law. This is not a place for patriot mythology garbage. (i.e. strawman, birth certificate, etc)

I had planned to make a more detailed post about this, but the ROI for getting people to start fighting back has been, sadly, low. Instead, I'd like to share a few things that you can watch on your own time to see the power that the average man/woman has available to him inside the court system by NOT using a lawyer. As you may or may not know, most lawyers & (lower court) judges do not even follow their own court rules or statutes appropriately. When you call them out on it, good things can happen.

The COVID pLandemic woke up a lot of people. So much so that there are now thousands of us who've realized that we have a lot more power than we've been made to believe and inside the court system is one of the best places to realize that. Luckily, there are many people out there helping people for free (when they have time) and sharing free information for the average man/woman to start taking back control of their lives and living free from government regulation, interference, and taxation. The more of us who start filing legitimate lawsuits, filing BAR grievances, and judicial complaints (of which the latter 2 can be done without filing a suit) where they are appropriate, the faster we can start ridding our country of corrupt influences.

You can learn how to legally avoid income taxes (and see some current property tax suits ongoing), how to get out of traffic tickets (if you're not operating commercially), how most laws don't apply to regular men/women, and generally how to get the government to leave you alone.

Alphonse Faggiolo is one of those people spreading this information and in this video, you'll discover a lot of things that can be done. I recommend watching/listening to this video first. He also has a Telegram group here.

Speeding Ticket - Texas State Trooper Telegram channel. A great educational experience to see how they don't follow their own rules and what can be done about it. He went overboard with this one to show more things that can be done, but it's typically not this detailed.

The Law Society Telegram group, Mask Law Society Telegram group and their podcast. Eddie Craig is especially fun to listen to, IMO.
Dave Champion's website who is probably the most knowledgeable person alive regarding the US tax code. He also has a podcast that is incredibly informative and you can look up the laws yourself that he references.

Are these situations where the state doesn't like to appeal the rulings because they don't want to create broader precedent at higher courts?

Your objective should always be to plan to appeal. Judges in appellate courts have worked years to get where they are and don't want to lose their positions or risk not being promoted further. Not all appellate judges are good, but many are as you will see in case law.

Lower court judges don't like to be appealed and many want to move up. Judicial complaints and BAR grievances look bad on their record AND it hits their insurance carriers because they are required to notify their carrier in case they get sued. Enough of these can cause an insurance carrier to drop them. Most people don't realize the power in something as simple as that.

But yes, they try to avoid precedent, so a strong enough initial complaint will either get the case dropped or sealed when it's something big like that.

Steve Emerson out of Florida won $38 million in his property tax case as well as free utilities for life. His case was sealed. He is very much left alone now because he knows the law so well.
