It seems that most my LN fees are 0.06% so if i do a 2M transaction that would be 12000 sat fee. Right now a on-chain high priority fee is about 1400 sats and can be as little as 140 sats depending on how its done. But maybe LN transactions will always be more expensive than on-chain in some cases because its more private and faster

Aren't you off by 10? 0.06% of 2M is 1200.
