That's probably a decently accurate magnitude for neighborhood roads. I think most of us would be willing to pay $300 to have roads in our neighborhood.

Absolutely. That's only 25/month. I used to pay upwards of $500 a month to drive on the toll highway in Toronto when I had my business and that was still a good deal because it saved me at least an hour a day.
