My votes: 1) ColdCard 2) Seedsigner 3) Trezor. First two are genuine offline signers and you can use dice to generate randomness, are fully open source, and Bitcoin only. Trezor is 3rd because it has good reputation and I respect them due to the privacy focus they provide. Others are probably good but I have no experience with them. I reject Ledger because they have had a series of debacles that put quetion their security and competency.
