which do you think are the most important for the tech market? And which ones did you learn to have?
  1. Effective Communication: this involves knowing how to write well, knowing English, knowing how to speak in a live meeting, knowing how to position yourself in an email, the different ways of communicating depending on the context and adapting to the interlocutor.
  2. Organization: Keeping notes, not being late for meetings, communicating things at the right time, knowing who to look for for decisions and help in each of the projects you are involved in.
  3. Broad View: Disconnect a little, from time to time, from problems and solutions where hyper-focus is required to take a good look at what is happening in general, at market, organization, team, project and knowledge levels what to do with the information collected.
  4. Accountability assuming responsibilities, being proactively willing to take on critical, difficult tasks with a great impact on the project.
I think for getting hired #1 is most important. #4 will help you gain good standing in whatever organization you're in, and then #2 & #3 will keep you from going insane lol
