Yes python is painfully slow as an interpreted language but imo it's still greatly exaggerated. So much "python code" doesn't even run in python - numpy or pandas etc just run natively and make the whole "python code" just super fast.

Happy Friday stackers/hackers!

Today I'm working on a simple lightning address example project in NextJS that I should be presenting in a live workshop for plebdevs tomorrow (or Sunday if I'm slow)! You can find the repo HERE

Whats cool about doing LNAddress in a NextJS app is that you get free hosting through vercel so as long as you have a lightning node and you can connect to it you can self host your own ln address for free and easily add a custom domain to it!

I'll walk through all of this from scratch in the workshop.
