What this means then is if you pay more than $0.04 / kWh, you would be better powering any S9s down and doing a daily DCA (or whatever) to buy 33 X (your cost per kWh) on the exchanges.
Example: If you pay a typical $0.14 per kWh for residential power, you would pay the electric company $4.62 per day (33 kWh X $0.14) for an S9. So unplug, and use that $4.62 to buy bitcoin instead.
