I think https://www.wired.com/2014/11/countdown-to-zero-day-stuxnet/ was pretty sophisticated, too. Maybe more sophisticated since it specifically targeted air-gapped machines.

But I haven't watched the video yet or read a lot about Operation Triangulation.
