If it was martial arts vs team sports, I might choose team sports. However, martial arts vs. any particular team sport goes the other way for me. There are just too many valuable skills and lessons that are unique to martial arts training.

Our daughter just had her first dance class today, btw. It was super cute.

Awesome. My daughter has her first dance showcase next month for her tap and jazz class. I am not the biggest fan of the Dance Moms (and Dads) crowd but my daughter loves it so I just take her to class and bring my headphones and walk around outside listening to a podcast or music so I don't have to talk to the other parents. Haha.

Did you catch the Raptors highlights last night? They lost but came back from down 23 on the road against a good team (Kings). Kings shot 55% from 3, seemed like they couldn't miss. Don't know how many times teams will shoot 55% off you in a season.
Sabonis and Fox are awesome but I was pretty happy with the Raps performance.

No, I only saw the Heat and Lakers recaps. It sounds like the Raptors' trade is working out so far. Siakam still seems to be a top trade target.

Working out well for both teams. Knicks looked great against the 76ers last night.
Quickley and Barrett both playing well.
Siakam is great but if they can get another piece to fit into the core going forward and a couple draft picks I think they should do it.
