Well, non-reloadable is the better term.

As far as I understand it, you can make multiple spend / purchase transactions on your card, just that you cannot add funds to it again.

But instead of being like other non-reloadable cards (e.g., Vanilla Visa) where you get stuck with the small remaining balance that you can't really use, instead with this card when you're done spending, you can delete the card and any remaining balance goes back to your account. Those funds then can be used with a new card with whatever amount you want on the new card.
