I hate the barbarian spammers, but we can’t filter transactions based on a template. The barbarian will alter its tx encoding format in spite. The spiteful cannot to routed by static filters.

The problem is systemic, and must be dealt with culturally. Technical solutions based on tx template denylist are as effective as AntiVirus in the 00s.
