Does Jamaica have it's own currency? Lots of Caribbean islands are on the dollar, or the "Island Dollar" system (ie: 2 Barbados Dollars = 1 USD, fixed rate).
I believe in the Dutch Antilles it's 1.75 island dollars to 1 USD, also a fixed rate.

They have the Jamaican Dollar which used to have a USD peg I believe, but they had to change that to a free float back in 1992. It's pretty much been in free fall against the USD since that.
