Good question about changing payment terms mid period(per month, to year, to forever). I don't have a Territory so I can not check.
I would hope 1sat = 1sat holds true for Territories. So hopefully fiat price change would not matter.
Has k00b discussed if Territory price has any connection to fiat world?

1sat = 1sat may not be appealing to people if the price of territories amounts to $400/month.
