Disagree. If Bitcoin devs don't fix the high fees and the ridiculous times between blocks then it's Doomed to fail. Why would anyone want to deal with those issues when they can transact instantly without any fees with fiat or a different crypto? And don't tell me lightning solves that issue because lightning has its own issues.

You don't even understand the basics of mining. Time between blocks is meaningless, what matters is the hashing power/security that goes into a block. After one hour you have the same amount of security, shorter block times don't improve ANYTHING. Go back to your centralized proof of stake shitcoin that has no proof of work.

What you don't understand is the large majority of the population doesn't care about the benefits Bitcoin has regarding security and anonymity to give up the instant and feeless features of transacting with another method of payment. And they never will. You don't understand without the issues mentioned being addressed, Bitcoin will never be a universally accepted payment method.

Cashapp, PayPal, venmo, debit cards, ect with fiat and a few cryptocurrencies are feeless as well. Thought this was common sense.

Cashapp, PayPal, venmo all of these are feeless - provided that you are interacting solely within their network and you don't ever withdraw as cash, or want to transfer between services.
if the merchant you're buying from isn't using one of those services and taking USD you'd have to use your debit card or use an ATM- and as a merchant, there definitely are fees for taking card payments.

Actually you are right, the high rates are causing a lot of headaches and it is also true that LN is not the definitive solution, as far as I know it is because of the ordinals, but, how do we solve that? because the network seems to be increasingly congested and the fees higher, which makes people not want to move the bitcoin to avoid paying those fees.
