Question for Bitcoin experts: How do I derive Bitcoin addresses from a seed (12 words) OFFLINE and without using any bitcoin software?
ie: what is the mathematical formula?

I like iancoleman one. With dice to generate the randomness. Use it in a offline computer booting a fresh linux installation or tails os. Can't be colder than that.

Why am I asking this?
I want to create the most paranoid, coldest of cold storage. No hardware. No software. No trusted third party at all. I will use dice and the BIP39 wordlist to create a seed, then derive addresses from that seed, backup the seed in some long lasting physical form (stone or metal), bury it deep for at least 20 years and send some btc to those addresses every month as savings.
Happy to read any criticism of this plan or ideas!
