IMO no surprise there. Markets correctly believe that the Houthis are disgusting Nazi-loving, slave owning, terrorists who will probably be quickly neutered by the military forces of the civilized world because disrupting trade is unacceptable.
Kinda like how the rest of the world said "FUCK YOU" to Iraq in the first gulf war, because disrupting trade by attempting to steal oil made lots of countries angry too.
But this bottleneck stands for 20% of global shipping costs. So to me it's remarkable that the impact stays that low.
