Awesome to see that people think about problems which will occur in 80 years from now. This is called a low time preference 🥳

I don't see any real improvements with this proposal but I'd be happy to have the case made otherwise

Year 2106 problem have been the last thing that requires Bitcoin to have hard fork at some time in the future. If this gets adopted, we can finally theoretically have no hard forks ever.
