I don't know much about Ledger but this is generally true if each of your keys are stored on devices from different manufacturers. Casa calls this device diversity.

If your funds are protected by a 2-of-3 multisig, and only one of the keys are stored on a Ledger device, Ledger alone being compromised doesn't grant someone access to your funds.
