With Tata Steel, Europe is losing the next potent manufacturer of steel products. With the lever of co2 emission reduction, the globalists of the WEF succeed in making the geostrategic importance of the old continent disappear. the supremacy of the climate change narrative, defended by mainstream media, secures politics against any criticism. A death spiral that spins faster and faster.

Yep, this is indeed tragic. The UK gov is gonna subsidise Tata with about £500m to lose thousands of well paid working class jobs as part of the switch to an electric arc, which requires less manpower but also cannot produce the type of steel the UK needs! Which means it will be imported, probably from China, so much for the environment and national security. Gov spin is they are 'saving' jobs to prevent the complete closure of the steel plant, conveniently ignoring it is their own net zero policies that have caused the prospect of closure in the first place! The unions are complaining to no effect; no one is listening and there is no hope of stopping this lunacy.
And it's another nail in the coffin of financial independence for ordinary people on the Long March to minimum wage subsistance for all..

Thanks for adding these thoughts to draw a wider picture. Europe is in an econ dead spiral, grosso modo. And the protest is by far not enough to move politics.

Thanks for posting about it; it's so stupid it's almost not believable!
