yes and to be honest @saylor has a lot to do with this thought process -> generally it is always better to leverage the nonvolatile asset which is what investors do with real-estate. leveraging the more volatile asset (btc) to buy a less volatile one like a house is a volatility mismatch issue with 24/7 mark to market and will end in ruin
