I've tried muun, pheonix, wos, bluewallet,.. But the one that worked best was blink. Blink is not a self-custodial wallet but it serves every other purposes of a good #Bitcoin only wallet for beginners who want to learn. My favorite feature is the Bitcoin lessons or the education about money it provides, plus users receive few sats for learning keeping them engaged. So you're not just giving the person bitcoin for free but also an education about money. The problem with Muun = high fees, no education, no stablesat Phoenix= high fees, no education, no stablesat Wos= no education, no stablesat, but low fees
What I am looking for the most in a wallet is less friction, security, ease of use and more functionality. It's important to note the trade-off because you're still trusting the blink team not to steal your money but for someone who will be holding just $50-$100 it worth the trade-off as long as they they are awere of it and plan on using more sofisticated wallets when stack reach a certain amount.
The only thing I would add is that Blink doesn't have liquid nor fedi integrations yet and I think it's okay not everyone will want that rightaway anyway.
