What can be done:
-Wake up with a smile, embrace this new day as it is the last one, -Yoga,Meditation in order to be more conscious to get less trash talk from the mind, -Prepare meals (as the food is our fuel) but including fasting and an empty stomach once a week, -as much we should try to quit a habit that is unecessary (alcool, drugs, trash talk,...) -Walk
  • Art (writing, drawing, create music or art ....) helps to express what is inside ourself (good and bad)
  • Walk can help to find solution, liberate from the mind
