Say someone decides to see if he can calculate the private key related to my adress he found on some Blockexplorer... What can I do against this?

And this would require on average 2^256 guesses
I think on average it would be half since it's more likely that you're going to guess the right number half way through and not to find it at your last guess. But 2^128 is still a huge number.
And this concept of leveraging probabilities for security is a great example how no system is secure.
We just need to make them secure _enough. So secure that it's more way more likely that the sun is going to explode before you guess the correct random number.
