Vanity addresses aren't really a good idea. They encourage address re-use, cost energy, and train users to look at the first part of an address, when they should really look at bits across the whole address. As a programmer, I'd rather not audit more code especially if I think the use cases is a bad one.

I'm not down for vanity address, I like the anonymous use of the standard address system Bitcoin offers
