They've been deprecating this for awhile....The preferred suggestion is to use a VPN (I use Zerotier which works great) or install your own tor proxy app on your phone and proxy thru that.
Honestly, long term, its better to go the proxy app route if you want tor...this enables you to tor-ify all your apps, not just Bluewallet....
Its a pretty heavy lift to ask app developers to include a full tor stack as part of their build.
Most phone/desktop operating systems have dedicated settings menu/UI for managing VPN connections. I wish they would also have a tor client bundled with the OS.
That sucks but fair. I don't know how hard it is to integrate tor into mobile apps but I do know I have constant trouble with the Phoenix wallet where it will lose connection to Tor once the wallet is closed, and I have to force close the app and restart it to re-establish a connection or I cannot use it. Good feature but very fussy.
