No, I would pretty much only move for cost of living, but only if it was realistic.

If you can make as much money as you do now, regardless of where you live, then there are so many places you could live. I think it helps a lot with cost of living if you can learn the local language. I don't recommend buying unless you've lived somewhere for a good while.
