First all all, Hi all !
Second, is it me or the ledger's dataharvesting was not as much discussed as it should have been ?
Now, let me explain what i am trying to do. As many of you know, ledger is harvesting data ( all of it ) from Ledger Live app.
I was very sceptical of the live app from the begining ( very rightfully so, it turned out), so i started to use my own pruned bitcoin node on desktop with specter ( and then sparrow with full node in rpi ) way back. The thing is that my nokyc xpub was harvested.
I most likely will whirpool the funds, but immediatelly after i read the news i 've created new xpub.
The question: is there a "easy' way to find out if new xpub is DOXXED ? I know about a web page, that can show the path between two adresses but i am not comfortable to fill the adresses to a page ( prefer a software connected to my node or anything akin )
Subquestion: would you whirpool the funds as well ?
How do you have confirmation of xpub data tracking by Ledger?
reply
That is a common sense. They track everything, connecting ledger devise id with all the activity done in app, xpub is exported to the app and 100 % send to harvesting service.
