Looks like someone from the UK has joined Coinbase to maybe help?

I feel like trying to regulate negatively BTC only deserve those who try to do so. When EU realizes that it s close to be impossible to enforce any regulation, the train will be gone and access to the asset will be way harder by that time… too bad but Europe is an old dying continent unfortunately, can’t seem to adapt to modern world for decades…
