This was yesterday, 40 when I got up, 40 when I get home after work, and 20 1hr after dinner. I've decided to make the last 20 a bit more challenging, so I did 15 clap push ups (max I could do without having bad form), then did 5 more on 3 fingers on each hand.
Nice. I'm at 50 going to hit them as soon as I get home.
