Bare minimum I would expect at least 1 sat per second. Thought I would hope for a lot more than that.

I'd guess the average would be the equivalent of $1 for 45-60 seconds. Some startups might try campaigns that pay less, some companies seeking to make a strong impression might pay more. Time will tell what price is most effective and the market will likely gravitate towards that on average.
