Here's a classic for the weekend. Ronnie Wood singing for the Faces instead of Rod on Oh La La
Sounds really different without Rod Stewarts voice. Not bad different, just different. Both vocalists bring something different to the track in their own way.

Apparently Ron Wood, Rod and Ronnie Lane all recorded a lead vocal for the track and they went with Ron Woods. Rod and Ronnie did their own versions later, on their solo albums. Rods was a good one from 1989, had a nice Celtic feel

I didn't realise Rods wasn't the original version. I knew he'd done it solo, I just kinda expected it was also him that had done the original with the faces. Wow. Learn something new every day.
