Wooow! That's one of those styles I absolutely adore! I guess the former one is Gothic?
Do you do penpalling?
reply
Not penpalling per se, considering doing it when time allows for it. Maybe
reply
Why so hesitant?
reply
Maybe by looking at other peoples writing I do kinda figure out their state, or start judging. :p personally privacy today is imperative
reply
Well, you can be as open or closed as you'd like.

Did you do it? What's your experience
reply
I once tried to.
After I've received the letter from my then pen pal, I was both enthralled by the amount of work and care they've put into said letter, as well as ashamed by the letter of my own. I've discarded my letter and never looked back into pen palling, I've got that letter of that pen pal to this day, though.
I'm ashamed that I didn't send anything back, and although one could argue that something is better than nothing, I didn't want to send such a rookie letter in response to such a carefully crafted letter, simply wasn't cool, either.
After that I've realized that "pen palling" is a craft on its own.
Yeah, looks absolutely terrific!
The spacing alone looks like a challenge, let alone the letters- and then one has to keep everything the same style... Would take me ages.

If you constrain yourself to specific set of rules made for specific font then takes time. Faster is to learn a little and incorporate into your own style

Ah, freestyling, I see. Beautiful nonetheless.
