I don't think this guy has really even thought through everything he discusses in this documentary. One minute, he's talking about the tax system being a means of subjugation and how everyday people need to become more aware. Then, the next he is suggesting public central banking (i.e. even more centralized control than exists now???) and funding it through the placing transactions fees on every SINGLE electronic transaction. These ideas don't mesh.
Furthermore, he also presents the straw argument that we have to choose between this public centralized system or "go back to sticks and stones". Umm, bitcoin anyone?
Yeah I think he is suggesting horrible solutions, but his identification on the problems is good.
