Isn't this very easy ? Keep your debt (at a manageable level) and buy BTC.

CAGR (averaged over 4 years) should easily outpace whatever interest you're paying on your debt.

Yes but sometimes I get the urge to just pay off the debt the annoyance of paying it monthly
