We have been thinking about how an ideal ad-post type could exist in the ~AGORA territory and why not, across @SN in general. Maybe in a similar way jobs-posts behave in the ~jobs territory?

- should job-post be limited to only one territory?
Plus:
- maybe have the ability to re-boost ad-posts in a way to bring it up to the recent list again (similar to current bid, but available in future dates)
- most of the time, it's hard to ask sellers to delete obsolete ad-posts or somehow mark it as [SOLD] when trade is successful. So it could be cool to consider ad-posts to expire or provide the option to be renewed or re-boosted somehow

@delete in X secondsline. It works for comments but not sure for Posts.. tried here #419010 if you still seing the add mean it does not work!
